Join us on Sundays during term-time, in-person at the Courtauld, to obtain a Level 1 or 2 Pearson's Project Qualification (FPQ or HPQ). As a Project qualification student you will benefit from our Art History teaching throughout the year, gaining key subject knowledge and research skills while receiving mentoring and support as you develop and complete your individual project.

Art History Link-Up has delivered project-based Art History courses since 2019. Students are supported by Art History Link-Up's expert teachers and specialist teaching assistants, with additional support and guidance offered by Dr John Taylor, Chair of Examiners for Project Qualifications at Pearson.

We are delighted to be working gain with the Courtauld at Somerset House on the Strand in London, where students can benefit from a dedicated study centre and the remarkable art collections on display at the Courtauld Gallery.

Throughout the year students will develop core Art History knowledge and analytical skills through guided teaching sessions, supporting the research and development of their own independent project. Students who wish to continue their studies in Art History will also gain a strong foundation for further academic work in the subject.

Pearson's Foundation and Higher Project Qualifications are accreddited qualifications designed to develop independent learning. They allow students to explore a subject area of personal interest and produce a substantial piece of work such as a research report, creative project, design, or curated presentation. These qualifications help students build confidencein independent study and provide valuable preparation for future Level 3 study, including the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ), A levels, and other advanced courses.

*All places are free for state school students, with priority given to candidates from a widening participation background, and to those with exceptional aptitude and ability for the course. Widening participation indicators include eligibility for Pupil Premium (i.e. free school meals) and/or a parent who has not attended FE/HE
